Angela Cretu

Taking on the helm at Avon is Angela Cretu, a veteran of the company and its leadership team. Cretu has more than 20 years of experience in leading a top beauty brand and is well-positioned to lead Avon's global operations.

Before joining Avon prior to joining Avon, he worked for several years working at Unilever. He has a wealth of experience building consumer-focused businesses in emerging markets. He is also an investor and member of the board of directors at RoC Skincare New York.

He is the Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer at Avon. He also has overseen the development and implementation of a brand new social selling approach that is digital.

Fernando Acosta started his career as an apprentice manager at Unilever. He has worked in Europe and the United Kingdom. Later, he held top-level positions within Unilever's Latin American operations.

From 1999 to 2004, he served as the Category President for Latin America at Unilever. His duties included overseeing some of the most recognizable brands of the company such as Dove. He was also involved with the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty which launched new products like Pro Age.

After serving as a senior vice-president for Unilever's Middle Americas business, he was promoted to a more international role. He served as Brand President of Dove Global at Unilever from 2006 until 2008. He was located in New York during this period.

Before that, he was a Regional President for Latin America at Avon. His responsibilities included driving sales, developing the brand's Latin American strategy, and aiding in the development of new product lines , such as Pro Age.

Louise Srivastava

Avon has a long and storied history and an extensive selection of products. But one section of the company that stands out in recent times is its Health and Wellness division.
