Natura &Co completed the acquisition of Avon Products, Inc. in January, making it the fourth-largest pure-play beauty brand in the world. The shareholders will hold 76% of the combined company. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.

Joao Paulo Goncalves Ferreira, the CEO of Natura &Co is responsible for expanding the company's presence in the world. He previously worked at Unilever in Brazil and Latin America, where he was Vice President-Supply Chain. He earned an MBA from the University of Michigan.

He has led Natura's transformation from a traditional direct selling company to a digital one. The company's digitalization has resulted in productivity growth and the implementation of 17 consecutive quarters of growth.

In January, Avon Leadership Team Natura &Co plans to begin trading shares of its through ADRs on the New York Stock Exchange. This will let the company leverage its brand synergies, increase its product portfolio and reach more than 200 million people around the globe.

To ensure that the company is on the right track for the next phase of growth, the company has also appointed a new leadership team. Roberto Marques will be the Group Chief Executive Officer and Angela Cretu will lead the company's global business. Before joining Natura, Joao Paulo spent twenty years at Unilever and was in a variety positions including Vice President of Supply Chain. His last post was Vice President of Operations and Logistics for the company.

Ferreira is also a member of the Executive Team of the C-Suite Department at the company. He is not a buy first, ask questions later type of person.

Angela Cretu

Angela Cretu, an Avon veteran and the company's top leadership team, will assume the role as Avon's CEO. Cretu has more than 20 years of experience managing a top beauty brand and is well-positioned to lead the company's global operations.

The Avon CEO has long been a vocal advocate for women around the globe and has embraced the idea of gender empowerment. She has been involved in many initiatives to effect positive changes for women in different countries across the globe. The most prominent are those that fight the violence against women and encourage women to be economically empowered.

In addition to her leadership role at Avon, Cretu has also held leadership positions at various other companies. She was the Vice President for South-East Europe, Group Vice President for Central and Eastern Europe, and General Manager of various regions.

She has been named CEO of the Year and the Management Today Champions of Change award for her contributions to the company's mission during the past year. She has also been recognized as a leader for change in the category of Women's Empowerment by INNOCOS.

The CEO of Avon has a passion for empowering women with beauty. Avon has donated US$1.1 million to breast cancer research thus far. Not only does Avon contribute money, but it allows employees to express their opinions without fear of retaliation.

Fernando J. Acosta

Acosta is a senior executive leader at avon team. Acosta joined the company as Senior Vice President and Latin America President in 2011. He was recently appointed Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer. This role will report directly to Charles Herington, the Company's Executive Chairman.

He spent many years at Unilever before joining Avon. He has vast experience developing consumer-oriented businesses and establishing them in new markets. He is also an investor and member of the board at RoC Skincare New York.

He is the Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer at Avon. In the meantime, he has led the development of a brand new digital social selling approach.

Fernando Acosta began his career at Unilever as a management trainee. He has worked in Europe and the United Kingdom. In the past, he held high-ranking posts within Unilever's Latin American operations.

From 1999 until 2004, he served as the Category President for Latin America at Unilever. His responsibilities included overseeing the most recognizable brands of the company like Dove. He was also involved in the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty, which launched innovative products such as Pro Age.

After his tenure as the senior vice president of Unilever's Middle Americas division, he became an international executive. From 2006 to 2008, he was the Brand President of Dove Global at Unilever. In that time, he was based in New York.

Previously, he was a Regional President for Latin America at Avon. His duties included driving sales, establishing the brand's Latin American strategy, and supporting the development of innovative product lines like Pro Age.

Louise Srivastava

Avon has a long and rich history and a wide range of products. However, one area of the company that has stood out in recent years is its Health and Wellness division. This subset of the direct selling world has racked up 33.5 percent of the total sales in the past twelve months which is due in large part to the leadership of the CEO Scott White. On a grand scale this is an enormous deal. In addition, Avon has entered into an agreement to form a strategic partnership with Cerberus Cap Management, L.P., and will invest $435 million in the business over the next two years. As part of the agreement, ICR will provide capital markets advisory services to the Company.

James Scully will oversee the global supply chain of the company along with all finance and IT functions. Scully will also be accountable for the company's plan for transformation. This is a key element of Avon's growth strategy.

In addition to his leadership position at Avon, Jim Scully serves on the board of J.Jill. The new role he has taken at Avon will enable the company to implement its strategic plan. He also brings a solid operational background to the company.

In addition, Miguel Fernandez, previously an executive vice-president at Herbalife was named the Global President of Avon. He has vast experience in ecommerce as well as customer management and the execution of growth strategies.

The Neiman Marcus Group is still searching for a permanent chief finance officer. Two interim executives have been hired.
